Terms of Service#

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mensury, including the Mensury client, launcher, website, and related services.
Mensury is an independent project operated by an individual. References to "Mensury," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to that project and its operator.
By downloading, installing, or using Mensury, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the software or services.
About Mensury#
Mensury is an independent software project that provides a Minecraft client, launcher, and related services designed to improve gameplay performance, visuals, and usability.
Mensury is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
Minecraft and its related names, software, content, and assets belong to Mojang and Microsoft. Mensury does not claim ownership of them.
Minecraft and Microsoft services#
Mensury does not provide a Minecraft license. You must own a valid copy of Minecraft: Java Edition and use it through the Microsoft account that owns it.
Your use of Minecraft and Microsoft services remains subject to the applicable Minecraft EULA, Minecraft Usage Guidelines, Microsoft Services Agreement, community standards, and server rules. These third-party terms apply in addition to these Terms.
Mensury does not bypass Minecraft authentication, ownership, license, or safety checks. Mensury does not redistribute Minecraft game files as part of its own software. When the launcher needs Minecraft components, it uses an existing installation or downloads them from sources operated or authorized by Mojang or Microsoft.
Age Requirements#
You must be at least 13 to use account-connected Mensury features.
If the law where you live requires you to be older to agree to these Terms, you may use Mensury only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian who permits a minor to use Mensury is responsible for that use.
Accounts#
Minecraft sign-in and player profile#
To play Minecraft through Mensury you must sign in with a valid Minecraft (Microsoft) account.
Microsoft handles your password and sign-in screen. Mensury does not receive or store your Microsoft password.
The website may process short-lived Microsoft and Minecraft access tokens to verify identity and game ownership. Those access tokens are not stored. The launcher may store refresh credentials locally using the operating system credential manager so that you can remain signed in.
Your verified Minecraft profile is used as your identity across Mensury. Mensury may store information such as:
- verified email address
- stable Microsoft account identifier
- Minecraft UUID and current username
- license verification status
- cosmetics
- achievements
- rewards
- friends
- saved configurations
- email notification preferences
- session and security records
You sign in through Microsoft or approve a browser from an already signed-in Mensury Launcher. Your email address may be used for identity matching, security, required service messages, and optional product communication you have chosen to receive.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is a notice about our data practices and is not part of these Terms.
Acceptable Use#
You agree not to use Mensury for activities that violate these Terms.
Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- using the client to create or distribute cheats
- modifying or redistributing altered versions of the client
- reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
- selling or reselling Mensury software
- impersonating other users or attempting phishing activity
- abusing or interfering with Mensury services
Server Rules and Compatibility#
Mensury is designed as a legit Minecraft client focused on performance, visuals, and quality-of-life improvements.
However, different Minecraft servers may have their own rules regarding allowed clients or features.
By using Mensury on multiplayer servers you agree that:
- server administrators may restrict certain features
- some servers may prohibit specific client functionality
- compliance with server rules is the responsibility of the player
Mensury does not guarantee compatibility with every server or server rule set.
Donations and Support#
Mensury may accept voluntary donations to support development.
Donations are optional gifts. They are not required to use Mensury and are not payment for software, access, services, status, cosmetics, features, rewards, or other individual benefits.
Making a donation does not create an entitlement to current or future Mensury functionality and does not give the donor an in-game advantage or unlock.
Donations are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Intellectual Property#
Mensury-created software, design, branding, documentation, and original assets are the intellectual property of the Mensury project unless otherwise stated.
Minecraft, Microsoft, third-party software, and third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer or grant rights to any Minecraft or third-party material.
You may not:
- copy or redistribute the software
- modify the client and distribute modified versions
- use Mensury branding without permission
Service Availability#
Mensury services may change, update, or temporarily become unavailable without notice.
We aim to keep the project stable and available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.
Features may be introduced, changed, limited, or removed as Mensury develops. If a new feature materially changes how personal data is processed, we will update the Privacy Policy before or when that processing begins.
Access Restrictions#
Mensury reserves the right to take action against profiles or sessions that violate these Terms.
Possible actions may include:
- restricting access to certain services
- suspending access in cases of abuse, fraud, or serious violations
These actions are intended to protect the platform and its users.
Disclaimer#
Mensury is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do our best to maintain a stable and secure client, but we cannot guarantee that the software will always operate without errors.
Use of the software is at your own risk.
Changes to These Terms#
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
When changes occur, the updated version will be published on this page.
Continued use of Mensury after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
