Email Notifications#

Mensury can send email notifications for important product updates.

That does not mean a noisy inbox. It means we may email you when something actually matters: a major client update, a big beta announcement, an important event, or a product change players should not miss.

What we send#

Email notifications are meant for larger Mensury updates, such as:

  • major client releases
  • beta access updates
  • large community or product events
  • important changes to the launcher, client, or account system
  • security or service notices when they matter for your account

We do not use this setting for random spam, daily noise, or filler announcements.

What we do not send#

We do not sell your email, share it with advertisers, or send third-party promotions.

Mensury is a Minecraft client built by a small team. Your email is there so we can keep your account working and, if you allow it, tell you about the important parts of the product.

Not every update needs an email. Most smaller updates, previews, and day-to-day posts belong in Discord or on the website.

How often we email#

Only when there is something important.

We do not want Mensury emails to feel like background noise. If we send one, it should be because the update is worth opening.

How to turn emails off#

You can turn product email notifications off at any time.

Go to Profile -> Settings -> Profile Preferences -> Email preferences, turn off Receive Important Product updates by email, then save your preferences.

Mensury emails can also include an unsubscribe link, so you can manage this directly from your inbox.

Account and security emails#

Some emails are separate from product notifications.

Sign-in codes, password reset emails, and important account or security messages may still be sent when they are needed to keep your account accessible and safe.

Those are not marketing emails. They are part of account access and protection.
